IRONMAN 70.3, CANBERRA - 11th December 2011
Despite fears of poor water quality in Lake Burley Griffen, the Canberra race did have swim. After attending the Wednesday training session to get in some last minute Open Water Swimming practice, Brad did well in trying conditions, especially since he was overcoming a bad chest infection that have dramatically reduced his training.
