Tuesday (13 December) 7.00pm Run & BBQ
Suitable for all levels. Meet at the shelter shed, 100m south of the Hampton Life Saving Club, Beach Road, Hampton (Melway 76 E6). $5.00 for session to Bruce.
Wednesday(14 December) 6:30pm:Open Water Swim

Thursday (15 December) 6:30pm:Practice Aquathon (or Long Run for non-swimmers)
