- The short ride on Sunday will start from Bruce’s house.

Suitable for all levels. Mentone Grammar School, Lucerne St, Mentone(Melway 87 A7). Parking is available at the school, next to the pool. $10.00 for session to Rob.
Tuesday (11 October) 7.00pm Run
Suitable for all levels. Duncan McKinnon Athletics Track, cnr North & Murrumbeena Rds, Murrumbeena(Melway 68 K9). Meet in the car park (the section between the netball courts and the pavilion). $5.00 for session to Bruce.
Wednesday(12 October) No session.
Thursday (13 October) 6:00pm: Run The Tan
This run is not a coached session. Meet fellow club members at the horse trough (aka The Pillars of Wisdom and the 0 km mark) (Melway 44 A11). No charge.
Friday (14 October) No session
Saturday (15 October)8:00am: Brick (ride and run)
Suitable for all levels. The Rotunda, Beach Rd, Sandringham (opposite Sandy Hotel) (Melway 76 F10). Bring your towel, runners and bike. $5.00 for session to Bruce.
Sunday (16 October) Bayswater - 8:00am: Longer Ride, 8:30am Shorter Ride with Bruce
